Three things in February

Over the weekend, I had sometimes to sit down and reflect on my week, which proved to be very productive. I have to say that take time to reflect really has some effect on me and because I had sometimes, I also reflect on what I had achieved last month, this was supposed to go up on first of March but I didn’t find time to reflect so it goes up now.

Time management
I have to say I’ve done more things in February than I did in January so that is definitely a good thing. I think I got more organised and better at time management. So I will list this as one of the things that I have achieved in February. And because of this I was able to manage between work and editing contents for this blog. I am looking forward to making this month even more productive with some of the changes I’m making in my life and if it’s all goes well, you will be sure to read about it next month.

Sticking with workout schedule
This might not seem like such a big deal to some of you but to me, it’s a huge deal. I’ve been making excuses that I don’t have time to work out for the past one and half years and I can see my body change in a bad way. I was in a constant state of exhaustion, lack of will to do anything but the things that I absolutely need to do to meet deadlines. So, the fact that I’ve been sticking to a workout schedule over the past 2 months was a huge deal to me and also my willingness to get back to exercise after a long Tet holiday. I feel much better, more energize to complete tasks I set out for myself rather than just completing things because I have to. And because of this, I no longer feel stress over the work pressure and find more time for myself to relax, read books.

Eating healthier
I honestly can’t think of anything else I have done in February that I would be proud of other than eating healthier. I think the reason for this was because February for me was about focusing on achieving healthier lifestyle. I have cut out carbs from most of my meal, only with occasion toast for breakfast, consume more protein and vegetables, as well as cutting out dairy products from my diet.
