Hi ! I hope your week has been going well.
For me, not so much, London weather has not been good all this week at all, it’s raining heavily and gloomy, on top of that, the tube is on strike so it is very hard to get around the city. But anyway, I wonder if any of you had tried Russian cuisine, cause I have never tried before, and I had a chance to try it with my close friends. We went to this Russian restaurant calls Mari Vanna at Knightbridge in London and I have the Lunch menu, so the price was not as expensive as A la carte. I love the design of the restaurant, it looks so homey and has that warm atmosphere to it, it feels like I’m in someone’s home in Russia, even the toilet looks lovely. The cuisine is simple and not complicated like Asian food, there isn’t much spices in the food. But it’s quite interesting to try out a different cuisine. The dessert is amazing, especially the honey cake that my friend ordered, it tastes great.
