Final trip of summer: Danang – Vietnam

Hello everyone! 
It’s already Thursday! and Friday is just around the corner, which means we’re looking forward to the weekend. 
So, I decided to do this post of some photos I took from my trip last week, visiting one of the most beautiful beach of Vietnam. 
Vietnam is located between mountains and seas, it has a endless coastline on its right, and Danang is my favourite city for summer vacation because it has beautiful white sandy beach next to clear blue water. 

It certainly has been a stressful week for me so far. 
So I hope you enjoy the collection of photos, and somehow its beauty can take you away from all the stress in life 🙂
 
I was lucky to have arrived in Danang when it’s super sunny and windy, it was the perfect weather. Whenever I go to Danang I always stay at resorts on the other side where resorts are just next to each other. Thus, I wanted to go somewhere different this time, and I found this hotel Intercontinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort. It located on the Monkey Island, and absolutely excluded from the rest of Danang City. It was very nice to step away from all the busy streets and fast pace of life.
Here are the pictures I took while exploring the whole resort. The resort is built on the mountain so they divided it in 4 levels: Sea, Earth, Sky and Heaven. 
Since it located on Monkey Island, you will see statues of Monkey pretty much everywhere as you walk about the hotel.
 
This was the coolest thing at the hotel, it’s an elevator for guests travel to different levels of the resort
The hotel is not just beautiful, it also has some amazing food as well.
This is the first the restaurant at the resort I tried on the first night, they had the freshest stingray I had ever have and the way they BBQ is just amazing. I went back there again for the amazing stingray. 🙂
For the second time there, I also had ordered the salad, which was so fresh and delicious. And the wagyu beef burger. They all were so good.
 
 Next is definitely this French fine dinning restaurant calls La Maison 1888, it was created by the Three-star Michelin chef, Michel Roux. 
I had Foie – gras as starter, then the grouper with seasonal vegetables for main, and the Paris – Brest for dessert. My favourite dish was the main, the grouper was very fresh and seasoned well. 
On the last night, we decided to try the in-room dinning, which they will bring the food and cook at our room’s balcony. It was so worth it for the price and the amount of food that we got, the staff was very friendly.
The dinner had 5 dishes: Scallops, Foie – Gras, Seafood bisque, Steak and the chocolate cake for dessert.
Besides the amazing food and friendly staff, there are many activities available at the hotel, they have shuttle bus to main attractions in Danang City, which make it very convenient. There are water sports there, I tried fishing and snorkeling, it was so much fun.
