Tet holiday is over, Hanoi is no longer quiet and everyone is going back to work. I really enjoyed Tet holiday though, I got a lot of free time to spend with family, which was great! Besides the wonderful time with family, it has all been about eating and sleeping and greeting guests, whose come over to wish our family Happy New Year. It is part of Vietnamese tradition during the Tet holiday, in which we would visit home of relatives, friends to wish each other good fortune, health and prosperity in the new year. Tet is the time of the year that that no matter how busy everyone is, they will alway come home for Tet. I also managed to visit the flowers park, and I especially love the image I managed to capture of the bee landing on the cherry flower. Cherry tree is something very essential during Tet, traditionally, every family would always have a cherry tree in their home, if not, at least a branch.
