Hello again,
I’m holding my blogging game strong, but I know the moment I say it, is when I will get slag, not because I want to though. As I cannot guarantee how often I will be able to blog because I’m started my summer travel today. As you’re reading this, I’m on the plane flying off to La la Land, which I’m super excited about. I will then be travel to New York, the city that I absolutely felt in love with through movies, so my expectation of the city is pretty high. Anyway, this is just a little update on my plan for June.
On another note, the weather in London has been great over the weekend, which made it perfect to take a day trip out the city. I went to visit Bray, just outside of the city, 40 minutes by train; I had a wonderful time. I enjoyed a lovely lunch at Waterside Inn, it’s an experience I will not forget. Everything was exceptional, from the services to the details and flavours in every dishes. Having been to many Michelin restaurants, I definitely rank this at the top of the list. The restaurant situated overlooking the River Thames, giving it a beautiful view from the dinning room. Unfortunately, I don’t have any picture for the food because photography was prohibited; I mean I think you can sneak a picture or so but I’d not to. But I think you really have to be there to truly appreciate the scenery, the atmosphere and of course the incredible dishes. Though the restaurant is quite casual, formal dress code still applied, I think it was casual formal and so I went with this ensemble, which you can see in the series of pictures below.
