Hello there,
Has your week been good? I’ve been studying for my exams and still have one more week to go; and I cannot wait for it to be over. I already have planned to go for a short break before second term of university starts, which reminded me of my trip to Portugal and Spain that I have not shared. So here it is, pictures from my time in Lisbon, as I arrived at night, I spent the night in the centre and visit the Christmas market, oh Christmas! seems like quite awhile ago; I managed to catch the sunset which was magnificent. For dinner, we went to this place calls Cervejaria Ramiro, the food was not too bad but I thought it was quite touristy and the service was rush; but I absolutely loved the garlic shrimp there. Anyway, I got to explore the city as much as I could and I even got a chance to visit another city calls Sintra, where I saw the beautiful and colourful castle on the second day I was there. It was very beautiful and the view was breath-taking, if I was to live there, I would not be able to take my eyes from admiring the scenery; but at the same time the wind was kind of scary, I also got blown away because the fact how strong the wind was. The morning before I left for Sintra, I had a good cup of coffee with some Portuguese egg tarts, it was simply perfect start to the morning. We walk up to the hills to enjoy the beautiful view of Lisbon, and I also managed to squeeze in selfie. After spending a day in Sintra, we came back to Lisbon and had an amazing dinner at Scramento, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly; and on top of that, the food was very tasty.
